Prof. Nihan Çelebi

Prof. Nihan Çelebi received her B.Sc. degree at Boğaziçi University, Department of Chemistry, and her M.Sc. degree in Computational and Theoretical Chemistry at Université Henri Poincaré, Nancy, France. She completed her Ph.D. at Boğaziçi University in 2009 with BAP (Scientific Research Projects) Doctoral Thesis Award. After the completion of her Ph.D., she continued her studies as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of California Los Angeles, with Prof. Kendall N. Houk’s research group. She started her academic career at Yeditepe University, Department of Chemical Engineering in 2012 as an Assistant Professor. She got professor title in 2021 and currently teaches physical chemistry at Yeditepe University, Department of Chemical Engineering.
